# Polsia: one founder's X account as the whole growth engine

> Polsia's founder is Ben Cera, who runs the AI startup alone. How his X account drove its growth, and why Polsia's reported numbers are disputed. (Polsia did not use the Social Burning framework; the case shows the same mechanism.)

- **Organic engine:** founder Ben Cera's X account: a staged launch, stunts, a live public revenue dashboard
- **Format:** a video docu-series about building the company
- **Amplification:** none documented
- **Result:** a reported $30M raise at a $250M valuation (May 2026)
- **Caveat:** the run rate annualizes 30 days; about 50% month-one churn, by the founder's own account

Polsia, an AI product that says it runs your company while you sleep, is the most extreme founder-content case we found: one founder, no employees, and an X account doing all the distribution. it is included because it shows how far attention from a single account can go, and because it shows the limits. Polsia did not use the Social Burning framework, and its numbers are self-reported and openly disputed.

## Who is the founder of Polsia?

Polsia was founded by Ben Cera, who also runs it: the company says it has no employees, so the founder is effectively the owner, CEO and whole team. Polsia (polsia.com) sells an AI system that it says builds and runs companies autonomously, and Cera's own X account is its main distribution channel.

## How did Polsia grow?

almost entirely through founder Ben Cera's posts on X. he staged what he called "the biggest Twitter launch of 2026", shared a live public revenue dashboard, ran stunts like giving his AI 10% equity, and started a video docu-series on building the company. even the name drew attention: read backwards, it looks like "AI slop".

## What results does Polsia report?

in May 2026 Cera posted that Polsia raised $30M at a $250M valuation and was approaching a $10M annual run rate, with zero employees. AIN.UA listed investors including Sound Ventures and True Ventures. in an interview with Mixergy he said the run rate annualizes the last 30 days, about 10% of the companies created made at least $1, and month-one churn is around 50%.

## Why is this case a warning as well as an example?

because attention isn't retention. press and commenters openly called the launch hype, and the interview was titled "Is Polsia a $250M scam?". a single loud account can win a launch, but the Social Burning framework scores what converts and keeps users, not what gets talked about. one account is also one point of failure.

## What Polsia teaches about the Social Burning framework

| what Polsia did | the Social Burning framework version |
|---|---|
| one founder account did all the distribution | several accounts with distinct angles spread the risk |
| stunts optimized for attention | scoring on signups and retention, not views |
| a live public dashboard as content | real numbers as original content, kept honest |
| disputed metrics | every claim you publish should survive a skeptical reader |
